Atlas Corps Fellowship
The Atlas Corps Fellowship involves global professionals dedicated to creating a positive social impact, engaging in a 12- to 18-month service commitment with U.S. organizations.
During this period, they learn best practices, enhance organizational capabilities, and subsequently return to their home countries to establish a network of global leaders.

Please note that Atlas Corps is presently not accepting applications from professionals in program and project management for Fellowship consideration.
Fellows will have the opportunity to refine their skills while working with mission-driven organizations, where they will be involved in designing, executing, and/or overseeing projects and programs within the social impact sector.
These Fellows will also contribute to Atlas Corps’ mission of strengthening U.S.-based organizations by leveraging their international perspectives and expertise to advance social impact objectives.
Candidates can apply their skills and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
1. Program and Project Design and PlanningCrafting yearly and project-specific action plans and timetables
creating program concept outlines and frameworks
formulating goals and tasks
managing a risk evaluation chart
streamlining the allocation of resources and budget planning
playing a role in shaping a program’s strategy.
2. Program and Project Coordination and ImplementationArranging and coordinating tasks
Overseeing program metrics and objectives
Monitoring program finances
Facilitating communication regarding the program’s blueprint and execution
Creating program directives and protocols
Overseeing task progression among teams
Esolving any program-related challenges that may emerge.
3. Program LearningEngaging in research pertaining to particular social concerns in order to grasp current trends and optimal approaches
Pinpointing possibilities for refining processes
Improving program tools and methodologies
Collecting input and feedback from on-site personnel.
4. Stakeholder EngagementEstablishing and sustaining partnerships
Communicating with and assisting program beneficiaries and customers
Arranging and overseeing gatherings and activities throughout the project’s duration
Offering expertise and training in a specific social issue domain
Creating a strategy for engaging stakeholders
Making contributions to both internal and external documents, including reports to donors, project assessments, status updates, and external communication materials.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Applicants for this fellowship program should hold a college degree
2. Possess a high level of proficiency in English
3. Be under the age of 35
4. Demonstrate a commitment to applying their acquired experience in their home country or region upon completing the program.
5. Ideal candidates should also have a minimum of two years of experience in the implementation and management of programs and projects, preferably in one of the following areas of social concern:Child Rights
