Mater Dei Admission Requirements
The following are the admission requirements for National Diploma (ND) programmed at Mater Dei Polytechnic:
1. Candidates must have reached the age of 16.
2. If you core up to 120 in your UTME then you are eligible to apply for ND programmed in Mater Dei Polytechnic.
3. It is expected that you must have obtained a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language not more than two sittings in either WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or their equivalents.
4. You must have written the current year UTME examination with the approved cut-off mark for the polytechnic.
5. Your choice of institution also matters as one of the requirements, as such candidates are required to choose Mater Dei Polytechnic as their first or second choice of institution during JAMB registration.
6. However, candidates who did not choose Mater Dei Polytechnic as their choice institution in JAMB still have the opportunity to apply for admission into the polytechnic, on condition that they meet the requirements for admission.
7. Finally, candidates are also required to partake in the polytechnic’s post-UTME screening exercise and obtain a satisfactory score.

Mater Dei Polytechnic Cut-Off Mark
All applicants who scored the official JAMB cut-off mark of 150 qualify for admission consideration. Also, note that the higher JAMB score provides them a greater chance for admission.
