Application Process for Ghanaian Students

1. To obtain a UDS Admission Application e-Voucher, visit any NIB, ADB, GCB Bank, Stanbic Bank, Prudential Bank, Zenith Bank, or Ecobank branch.

2. Undergraduate is the e-Voucher category for applicants seeking admission to programs leading to degrees (BA, BSc, BEd, medicine, PharmD, and MLSD) and diplomas.

3. The Postgraduate e-Voucher category is for applicants pursuing Postgraduate (PGD, MA, MBA, MSc, MEd, MPhil, and Ph.D.) admission.

4. A Serial Number and a Pin are required on any valid e-Voucher. By going here, you can verify your electronic voucher.

5. Click the Sign-Up button to create a user account if you don’t already have one.



6. Selecting your application category (undergraduate or postgraduate) during account creation is the first step.

7. For alerts during admissions, a working phone number is also necessary.

8. It is a requirement that all candidates upload passport-size photos with a pure white backdrop. Your application will be deemed void if you fail to comply.

9. Click the Create Account button after completing all the needed fields. Your password and username will be sent to you through SMS.

10. Once completed, log in using the generated Username and Password.



11. To monitor the status of your application, you may always log in.
