2. Senior Cost & Pricing Manager
Location: Rockville, Maryland
Position Summary
The Senior Pricing and Costing Manager at USP are responsible for leading the preparation of cost proposals for various international institutional donors and domestic public health agencies.
They develop pricing strategies, conduct price-to-win analyses, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
Additionally, they provide training on cost and pricing strategies, strengthen processes and systems, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in donor-funded programming and a strong understanding of contract types and pricing structures.
Basic Qualifications
1. BA in a relevant field and 10+ years of donor-funded experience in budget development
2. Understanding of proposal life cycle and contract types
3. Pricing experience with GSA Schedules, RFPs, and RFAs

3. Scientist I, ARD – NMR
Location: Hyderabad, India
Position Summary
Providing NMR support for the characterization and identification of samples received from various laboratories is part of the duties of the Scientist – I position at USP-India’s Analytical Research & Development Laboratory.
The role includes performing routine and non-routine NMR tests, interpreting NMR spectra, supporting synthetic R&D projects, ensuring lab safety, and preparing for ISO audits.
The ideal candidate holds an MSc in Analytical Chemistry/Organic Chemistry, has extensive NMR knowledge, experience in small molecule structure elucidation, and familiarity with GMP/ISO-IEC 17025 guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
1. MSc in Analytical Chemistry/Organic Chemistry
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience handling NMR spectrometer
3. Extensive NMR knowledge and interpretation skills
4. Experience in small molecule structure elucidation using NMR

4. Senior Scientist I – Doc Standard
Location: Hyderabad, India
Position Summary
The non-laboratory role of supporting the reference standard program in the India Biologics department at USP involves overseeing the development of standards and solutions for analytical challenges in biological medicines.
The incumbent will review testing protocols, assist testing labs, evaluate analytical data, and prepare reports to ensure the suitability of USP Reference Standards. They will also participate in the development of new reference standards.
