Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Kola Alagbado, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
ResponsibilitiesReporting of company’s Payables and Receivables daily.
Preparation of customer’s statement monthly.
Credit control
Monthly bank reconciliation
Identifying all due invoices
Verification of all banking transactions daily.
Reconciliation of customers accounts when needed.
Ensures the integrity and confidentiality of the data held within the finance systems and the security of the related data entry processes
Ensure that key financial processes are properly documented and updated and reviewed with a view to improving efficiency
Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
RequirementsCandidates should possess an OND/HND in any Accounting
1 – 3 years work experience.
Proven work experience as an Account Officer
Candidates must reside within Abule Egba, Iyana Ipaja, Alagbado, Ifako Ijaiye Axis of Lagos State.
