Job Title: Arcade / Game & Entertainment Manager
Location: Akala Express Way, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary of ResponsibilitiesTo develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue.
Build a strong network to ensure traffic flow of customers to the arcade.
Ensure all games are properly maintained and working perfectly at all times.
Drive all the subordinates to provide exceptional customer service.
Forecast and track revenue on weekly or monthly basis.
Monitor customers’ consciousness to hygiene guidelines in the arcade.
Ensure maximum safe and secure environment for the customers and staff.
Report any suspicious customers/persons to the security agencies for necessary action e.t.c
Academic Qualifications and SkillsHND / B.Sc / B.Tech in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.
Ability to explain operations of the arcade to customers’ effectively.
Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
Attention to details and sociable personality.
Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft officer.
