Job Description


We are looking to recruit Customer Service Officer who will maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Job ResponsibilitiesMaintaining a positive, empathetic, resilientand professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

RequirementsA Female candidate is preferred for gender balance.
High School Diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent.
Basic Knowledge of Computers especially (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Experience working with customer support.
Must reside in Sango Ota and its Environs.

Experience:0-2 Years working experience.

Salary
N35,000 – N40,000 monthly.
