ResponsibilitiesHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
Managing database records
Managing incoming calls
Checking product or service availability
Processing orders and returns.

QualificationsInterested candidates should possess an ONC, NCE, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 2-4 years experience.
