Job Overview

Collaborate with other coaches to support clients’ development.

Key ResponsibilitiesTo mentor and support enrolled clients who are interested in our services.
To perform the coaching role to the best of their ability.
To adhere to the organisation’s rules, procedures and standards.
To maintain the confidential information of the Company and its affiliates.
To participate in continuous development and training necessary for your role
Collaborate with the delivery team to enhance overall department efficiency.

Skills and QualificationsA graduate of a relevant degree program.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the coaching programs.
Basic understanding of coaching principles is a plus.

Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience in coaching or related industries is a plus.

Training and Development:Receive training in coaching techniques and methodologies.
Participate in workshops, seminars & tasks related to personal and professional development.
Regular feedback sessions to enhance skills and address questions.

Working Conditions100% remote environment
Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend sessions
